So I'm training for my first half marathon with one of my clients, Jessica. The race is Sunday, October 17th. Anyone have any good tips for the training process?
Make sure you have a good pair of running shoes, one that is fitted for the shape of your feet and how you run. If you use a treadmill for your training put it at least a 1% incline, running flat does not mimick running outside at all. Enter into some of the local 5k's and 10k's (www.ultrafit-usa.com).
